I have several autographs I bought at second hand stores and have received through the mail. I am wondering what they are worth:

Jimmy Carter signed and inscribed photo

Jimmy Carter Keeping Faith signed and inscribed

Walter Mondale signed business card

Carl Bernstein signed book

Henry Kissinger signed and inscribe photo

Barbara Bush signed book

Edgar Eisenhower signed book (Dwight's Brother)

Political Autographs

Jimmy Carter signed books usually list in the $75 - $150 range. He is a prolific writer and does regular book signings. Dealers who actually want to sell one usually list at the high end of that range, but it isn't difficult to find signed books at the low end because of the book signings. Some dealers, usually those who specialize in books, not autographs, sometimes list Carter signed books at absurdly high prices; I guess with the assumption that some will pay more because they think a former president should be more.

A Jimmy Carter signed photo is worth $100.

The Walter Mondale signed business card might find a buyer at $25. A business card collector might pay more than an autograph collector.

Carl Bernstein depends on the book. You could find a Bernstein signed book for $50.

Henry Kissinger signed and inscribed photo - $50.

Barbara Bush signed book - $50

Edgar Eisenhower signed book (Dwight's Brother) - Whatever you would pay for the book.

Those prices are for those that are not inscribed books. There is really no way to break down pricing for those that are and those that are not inscribed. Normally, the more recent the book and the more common the autograph, the more difficult it is to sell an inscribed autograph.
