Unpublished Nixon Photgraph and Signatures of Richard & Pat Nixon

I have a photograph of President Richard Nixon and Pat Nixon signed by both and inscribed to my now deceased fiance. He was in the US Coast Guard and was among the few to be a private guard at the Nixon family home in San Clemete.

He told me this was a private photo taken by the family themselves and has never been published.

I do have pictures of my fiance with Richard Nixon at the helicopter landing at San Clemente also to authenticate his positon with the US Coast Guard

Can you please tell me what this may be worth with both signatures?
