Theodore Roosevelt Land Grant

I have two documents. (1) I have a land deed that was signed by President Theodore Roosevelt. It has the wax presidential seal. (2) I have the specs of the property that goes with the signed document.

It is almost certain that Theodore Roosevelt didn't sign the land grant. Andrew Jackson, the seventh president of the United States, was the last president to sign presidential land grants, and he only signed them early in his presidency.

Roosevelt authorized secretaries to sign for him.
