Theodore Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson

I recently found documents signed by Theodore Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson in an old war trunk located in my Grandma's attic! All are signed and recorded to Adjutant General Office, secretary/acting of war and the President.

They belonged to a Daniel W. Ketcam. They all have some type of presidential seal and are dated from 1901-1918.

If you have authentically signed routine documents, the Roosevelt is worth about $1000 and the Wilson is worth about $700. Presidents usually did not (and still do not) sign routine documents. Secretaries would sign for them and some, like Wilson, even used signature stamps. Your documents still have value even if the autographs are not authentic, just not to an autograph collector.
