Sons of the Pioneers

I was wondering if you’d be able to help me out by giving me an idea of the $ value of an autographed “Hear My Song – The Story of the Celebrated Sons of the Pioneers” book that I have.
The copyright on it is from 1974. There are also several newspaper clippings and a program from an appearance they made in 1976 in L.A. The book is in great condition and I believe the autographs to be authentic and recognize the signatures as Shug Fisher, Tex Williams, Rex Allen Jr, Eddie Dean, and Rex Allen (who signed it twice).
I sure would appreciate your help and guidance with finding the value, and subsequently, a new home for this incredible piece of musical history.
Your book signed by this version of the Sons of the Pioneers is worth $50-$75. If you had something similar signed by the original members it would be worth $400-$500.

Autograph - Original Members by: Sam
My mother-in-law and her husband had a small bus service in the 40s, maybe 50s also. My mother -in-law left a picture and a slip of paper with the signatures of what appears to be the original sons of the Pioneers on it: Bob Nolan, Karl Farr, Hugh Farr, Ken Curtis, and Shug Fisher. It still has the original straight pin in it.
Does anyone have an idea of what it would be worth? I don't want to sell it,just insure it.
