Sammy Davis Jr Signed Receipt

I have an old hand written receipt (pink copy) from Beverly Hills Honda for the purchase of a 1966 ct90 motorcycle purchased by Sammy Davis Junior. It shows his name, address and phone number in Beverly Hills and is signed on the bottom by Sammy Davis Jr. himself. I've always wanted to know about how much I might be able to get for it. Can you help!
