Sammy Davis Jr Signed Letter

In 1964, my mum wrote to Sammy Davis Jr requesting that he attend a party she was having. (He had been on a talk show saying that if there was a party going on, invite him.) She received a typed reply (on SDJ headed paper) saying that he couldn't attend as he was far too busy with a Broadway play.

The letter was almost undoubtedly not typed by Sammy, but at the bottom is his signature, and it appears to be signed rather than stamped. My mum also still has the envelope it was sent to her, with a Sunset Blvd return address on the back.

Any ideas on how much it may be worth?
