Ronald Reagan custom framed autograph and picture

While antiquing at thrift shops one day, my wife and I found this picture of Ronald Reagan in a glass case. It is custom framed by Damon Galleries of Vienna, Virgina. At the bottom it has an autograph from Ronald Reagan. We took it to a local antique store and all they could tell us is that the autograph is hand written and is not a reprint. Any ideas on what its worth or anything else?
