Richard Nixon and George Romney on Envelope

My father obtained this somewhere around 1967. It states "To Robert (me) Richard Nixon." Romney wrote a quote "Luck is when preparation meets opportunity. George Romney" Romney was Michigan Governor and the father of Mitt Romney. It is on an envelope from my father's business.
