I have Norman's New World Cuisine Cookbook (first edition, not mint) signed by Paul Newman (personalized to Sherry) as well as the author, Chef Norman Van Aken. Any idea what it is worth?

Paul Newman was always a hard autograph to get. He was friendly to fans, he just didn't like signing.

A signature is worth $200-$250. I would add about $50 for the book and the other autograph.
