It was in 1983 when I was at the airport in Los Angeles on a school trip to Mexico. My classmates and I recognized Muhammad Ali, and I was able to get his autograph. It's on a 2 x 4 piece of note paper.

Ali had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by the time he signed for you. His autograph began to deteriorate at an accelerating rate from the time he got the disease (early 1980s) forward. Yours is probably worth about $100. A vintage autograph, while he was still actively working as a boxer, is worth $250-$300.
