Mary Pickford Signed Photo

I bought an old scrapbooking book back in 1945. Inside I found a Mary Pickford signed photo from 1917. It is a very old picture which appears to be falling apart, so it can't be touched. I want to know how much could this picture worth now?

It looks like it's a standard print photo, and it could be from either a magazine or a newspaper. Her real autographs go for about $150, but this is too neatly written to be nothing more than stamped.
