John Wayne and Kids Fishing in Mazatlan Mexico

Several years ago, my wife and I were at a restaurant in Mazatlan, Mexico, and I noticed a signed photo of John Wayne and his son and daughter, standing under a fishing guide sign and two marlins. It is signed "good luck Bill....Duke... 1963... Wayne.

Several years later my wife and I went back to the restaurant and the photo was gone. She asked about it and they said it was in the back because everyone wanted to take it. She asked if it was for sale and the waiter said "yes." She bought it and the next day we found out the waiter got fired!

I would like to get it authenticated, but don't know how to go about it. Could anyone help me here? The photo is approximately 9 x 13".
