You posted two photos of the same page of the menu. If you have another page, post it and I will try to come up with a more accurate estimate.

On the page that you posted, I recognize:

Henry Fonda: $50
Randolph Scott: $40
Buddy Rogers: $20
Norma Shearer: $70
Paulette Goddard: $50

Those are values for autographs on a card or scrap of paper. On the menu, all of them together are worth more.

You have some good autographs, and you were fortunate to find them.

Fonda and Shearer won Academy Awards. There are collectors who put together complete collections of AA winners.

Randolph Scott was a major star, most remembered today for his starring roles in westerns.

Buddy Rogers is often confused today with a professional wrestler from the 1950s with the same name. This Rogers was also a jazz musician and the third husband of Mary Pickford, a huge star in silent movies.

Paulette Goddard was a major star in the 1930s - 1940s. She was once married to Charlie Chaplin and starred in two of his movies - Modern Times and the Great Dictator.

All of that said, it looks to me like those autographs were printed along with the rest of the menu. If that is the case, the signatures have no value. The menu itself might have some valuable as a collectible.
