In the Arena signed books list between $150 - $500. That's a wide range, but book collectors are picky about condition. If your book is in nice condition with an undamaged dust cover, with the note signed by his secretary it would be near the high end of that range. Most copies of this book are not going to have that note.

Signed books by American presidents are good bets for future appreciation.
