Hotel Fountainbleu Menu Autographed

In the basement found a menu from the Hotel Fountainbleau. It has a photo of Sammy Davis Jr. on the cover and it also says comedy by Bob Melvin. It goes on to read Lenny Dawson and his Orchestra. The bottom says the Boom Boom Room. It is not dated but I think it is from the late 1950s.

On the inside is a menu and the back cover has a photo of Frank Sinata playing Feb 28 - March 13. The picture below is of Dean Martin playing March 14-27.

The most important thing are two signatures that are on the back - one is Ed Sullivan and one is Sammy Davis Jr. I have not idea what the value of this item would be. If you have any suggestions or ideas that would be a great help.
