Your dad was one of 3 million serviceman who visited the Hollywood canteen from 1942 to 1945. Most of them were on their way overseas, and just about every big name in Hollywood spent time at the canteen to give them a good time before they left.
Programs from the Canteen are very collectible, and autographs make them more valuable. I can't read many of the names, but I do see Eva Gabor, Edmund Lowe, and Basil Rathbone.
A Basil Rathbone signature is worth about $200. Gabor and Lowe are worth $15 - $20 each.
