This is a gift given out by the Nixon household for Halloween after Richard Nixon retired to New Jersey.

I lived a few miles from his home at the time.

I suspect that this might be a preprinted signature. If it is an authentic, original signature, it is worth in the $250 - $300 range. Even if the signature is not authentic, it is an unusual collectible. I have never seen one. I think it still might be worth as much as $100 to a collector, maybe more. It is hard to pin down a price on such something as rare as this.
