A General Norman Schwarzkopf autographed photo is worth about $100. Most of his signed material is not authentic, resulting in his authentic autographs being worth more than they otherwise would be. Most are not forgeries - they are either secretarial or autopens. Like most celebrities who use those methods of getting ahead of autograph requests, he probably isn't trying to deceive - he's just trying to satisfy collectors without a putting forth a lot of effort.
