I lived from LA 1990 to 1995 and my company had a dinner at the Angels stadium. They gave us baseballs and I went upstairs to Gene Autry's private room and he signed my baseball. I was the only one that got his signature. I was not supposed to be up there.

Great that you ventured where others wouldn't go and got the autograph. Your Gene Autry signed baseball is a cross-over collectible. Collectors of baseball autographs are going to want it in their collections because he owned the Los Angeles Angels. This would also fit nicely in vintage movie collections and western memorabilia collections. Autry was one of the most well-known names in America in the Twentieth Century - a legit pop culture icon.

Right now, it is worth around $100, and at that price it has investment potential. Make sure you keep it in great condition. If you haven't already, buy a ball cube.
