Found Autographs Including Frank Sinatra

A photo album was thrown into a box of books I purchased at an estate auction. In the album I found a number of autographs addressed to Phyllis, some on stationary from the Mayflower Hotel in Washington DC. I called the hotel and confirmed that a Phyllis worked as a hostess in the restaurant (The Rib Room) in the early 1970s. I have uploaded photos of 4 of the autographs, but could let me know the value of all of them?
