Local estate sale find: Foreign Service Appointment Document signed by Ronald Reagan and Alexander M. Haig Jr. July 13, 1981 for Richard Garver. Mr. Garver was in the CIA for 26 years and received CIA Intelligence Star for Valor as a result of his actions during the overrunning and burning of the American Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan in 1979. Also a picture of the CIA building signed by William Casey. Should they be left in the frames if I sell them? Thanks,Kenny
