Flowers in the Dirt Signed by Paul McCartney

I had been waiting for this moment for ages, since I was 15 years old. Now I am 33, but I have never stopped trying to find the way to get it. Sometimes life will not let you do all the things you would like to do, but I knew I had just to wait for the right moment. This moment arrived last July, in Liverpool.

After a long, time-consuming search I could find out (thanks Derek...) where and when Paul McCartney would be in Liverpool last summer. And there I went with my Flowers in the Dirt LP. I was the first one to arrive at the place, at 7.30 a.m, and it was not until 3:50 that I got it. It rained that day, that's why he did not sign when he got out of the car. However, when he got out of the building, although it started to rain again, he did sign a few autographs. I know it is not the best example of his signature, but given the circumstances I was very lucky to obtain it. It was drizzling at the moment he was signing it, and he was moving, so don't expect his best signature. But it is genuine, something to keep forever, and now it is on my wall.
