FDR Signed Political Letter

I have a letter from December 1932, just after FDR was elected president, on the executive mansion of NY in Albany letterhead. It is sent to the Democratic chair of Polk County, Oregon, thanking him for his hard work. The letter is signed by FDR. It has been stored in the original envelope.
