Everybody Loves Raymond Signed Photo and Script

I received the attached script and photo signed by the cast of "Everybody Loves Raymond" from an individual that attended a taping of the show as a special guest. Just wondering the approximate value and if it would be worth authenticating the signatures. If there is a value, do you know of any firms/individuals that may be interested in purchasing the items?
