Elizabeth Taylor Signed Letter

I have a handwritten letter from Elizabeth Taylor on her original letterhead. She was 12 yrs old and had just completed a movie, National Velvet(I believe the name is).

It is a letter to my uncle who would write to her on occasion. He was very ill and she would respond to him, to see how he was doing and to talk about there mutual love of horses.

Any idea of the value?

Yes, it has value. Elizabeth Taylor autographs are hard to find. As an adult, she employed secretaries to sign autographs through the mail, and she wasn't approachable in public. Unlike most celebrities who live into old age, her celebrity has never waned.

I have never seen a letter she composed as a child, but I will estimate that it is worth $750 - $1000.
