Cesar Romero Autograph

My grandparents went to the racetrack back in 1943. Cesar Romero was there and signed a program for them. I have it in front of me, and the glass frame just broke after about 70 plus years. What should I do, and what, if anything, is it worth?

Unless you want to hang it on your wall, a frame is not the best place to keep the autograph. It is better to store it in a mylar sleeve and tuck it away in a safe place.

Cesar Romero appeared in hundreds of movies and TV episodes during his career, but most collectors look for his autographs because of his role as the Joker in the 1960s campy TV series "Batman." The Joker, the Penguin, Catwoman, and the Riddler were the four top-tier Batman villains, and most fans would vote Romero as the Joker as their favorite of the four.

A signed photo as the Joker is worth $100+. A signed portrait or a photo from a movie role is worth about half that. A signature is worth about $30.
