Carroll O'Connor Autographed Photo

I was a huge fan of Mr O'Connor, especially during his "Heat of the Night" TV run. I was a reserve police officer myself and enjoyed his show.

In about 1992, he entered the hospital in LA with heart problems. I was worried about him, and my wife sent a card to him on my behalf. I actually received a handwritten autograph on his "Heat of the Night Night" photo. The man actually signed it from the hospital bed. His signature is a little shaky handed so to speak. I have cherished it in my collection of different items all these years since. It is signed "Best Regards, Carroll O'Connor."

I have read that his autographs are somewhat rare? I do know that there are none at all listed on eBay Any idea of maybe what its worth in value?
