Bruce Springsteen Autograph

I went to a Bruce Springsteen concert in 1980 or 1981. I Will have to pull the old ticket stubs to be sure. Anyway after the concert I waited in the exit area of the coliseum. I saw Bruce walking down the passageway alone. I asked for an autograph, but I had no paper. He signed a dollar that I had for me. Great huh, on US Dollar. Any value?? Besides one dollar?

It could have been either year you saw him. "The River" Tour took up part of both years. I saw one date in 1981.

Too bad you didn't have a tour book handy. That would bring more than $500. Your dollar bill is going to be worth something though. A Bruce Springsteen autograph is not easy to get, never has been really since he hit mainstream more than three decades ago.

A signature on a card or blank piece of paper is worth about $150. A signature is on a dollar bill is going to be worth less than that.

One way of increasing thee value is to get the dollar bill professionally framed with the ticket. Buy a good photo and have all three framed together. It would look great on a wall.
