An authentic cast photo of the original four stars of Bonanza would sell at retail for more than $1250. This is a very sought after piece of entertainment memorabilia.
Approximate values of individual signed photos at retail:
Dan Blocker (Hoss) $450-$500 Michael Landon (Little Joe) $200 Lorne Greene (Ben) $125 Pernell Roberts (Adam) $200
Those values would be even higher on Bonanza photos.
The only one living of those four is Pernell Roberts, and he has always been a reluctant signer. Blocker died young, at only 43. Landon died at 54. Greene was a friendly signer and lived until 72, but his autograph is rapidly growing in value.
Add up those values and put a premium on it being a Bonanza photo, and you could be looking at $1250 - $1500.
This is one to be very careful with. Cast photos are often forged, and there's a greater incentive to forge this one. You have to also be careful that you aren't buying a pre-print.

Can anyone tell me what a 5 x 7 signed Bonanza cast color photo might be worth. The original envelope it came in is postmarked Jan 31,1963 from Burbank CA and came from NBC with the name Bonanza on the envelope. The only similar ones I have seen are all later and 8 x 10.

I recently sold (and had to refund) a complete set of photos of the original Bonanza cast, each signed, including the four of them together. Unfortunately, the expert who got the photos says they're all secretarial signed, not originals. I would expect each of those sent to anyone from the NBC studios are also fakes.
