Bing Crosby Autographed Menu

I met Bing Crosby at the French Restaurant in the Midland Hotel Manchester on the 27th September 1977 when I worked there. He was staying at the Hotel while performing in the City. I have his autograph on the restaurant menu. What might it be worth some 33 years later please?
