I received a signed photo of Don Mattingly as a birthday present from my father. He was with the Columbus Clippers of the International League at the time the photo was taken. He is in a gray uniform with 184 and IL on the front, and his glove is up getting ready to make a catch. There is also another man in the background. It has a certificate of authenticity. I was at a Springfield Cardinals game, and the players were signing autographs after the game. I thought "What if one of them goes pro?" and sure enough Jon Jay & Allen Craig now play for the St. Louis Cardinals.
