I have a 40th anniversary edition hard cover To Kill a Mockingbird signed by the author Harper Lee. It was given to me by my aunt about 10 years ago and is in excellent condition.

An realistic price for the 40th Anniversary Edition of To Kill a Mockingbird is in the $250 range, though I have seen dealers list them for much more and mark them "sold." Harper Lee usually signs "Best Wishes" on recent editions. If your book is inscribed it would probably bring more, which is not always the case with autographed books. With Harper Lee, I think the more writing, the better.
