1955-1965 Autographed Baseball

My grandfather worked for Ben Topping in the late 1950's to 1960s. Mr. Topping was the owner of the New York Yankees.

I have an autographed baseball given to me by my grandfather about 40 years ago. It is a REACH baseball. It has approximately fifty signatures on it. The signatures are quite clear and in different color ink. (Different pens were used)
I'm not familiar with baseball players of that time but some of the names are:

Mickey Mantle
Casey Stengle
Ted Williams
Jim Pearsall
Bob Swift
Yogi Berra
Ray Boomer

Today, the individual signed baseball on the sweet spot is the most popular way to collect autographs.

In the era where your autographs originated, it was common to collect autographs on one ball.

A Mickey Mantle signed ball is worth $500 - $750, depending on condition and when it was signed. A Ted Williams signed ball is worth around $400. A good Casey Stengell signed ball is worth about $1200.

You have 40 autographs. If you have any more like those three, the value increases a lot. The autographs are probably not going to bring sweet spot prices, but collectors would still love to have it.

If you sell, make sure you tell the story behind the ball, and provide proof of employment if you can. That will add value and make it easier to sell.
